feeling the crisp, clean, chill bite
of early Autumn’s breath
on my skin

the sky a palette under a brilliant sun
tree leaves glisten high above
Earth is glowing

lips sigh, muscles unknot, heart lifts
my body, mind, spirit and
every cell of my body saying Thank You
